Pearl Adventures provides a range of tourism-related services, including but not limited to:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pearl Adventures. A deposit, typically 30% of the total tour cost, is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or mobile money.
Prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, or park fees. Pearl Adventures will make every effort to honor the originally quoted price, but reserves the right to adjust prices if necessary.
Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
No refunds will be given for unused services or portions of the tour after commencement. Pearl Adventures reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or security concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour date may be offered.
It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, curtailment, and loss of personal belongings. Pearl Adventures is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries sustained during your tour that are not covered by your travel insurance.
Pearl Adventures acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any acts of negligence, errors, or omissions on the part of these service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from your participation in a tour, except where such loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience is caused by our direct negligence.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour. In no event shall Pearl Adventures be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and have obtained all necessary vaccinations and medical advice prior to traveling to Uganda. Pearl Adventures is not responsible for any health problems or injuries sustained during your tour. We reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity if we believe it poses a risk to your health or safety.
Uganda is generally a safe country, but travelers should be aware of potential risks such as petty theft, scams, and road accidents. We advise you to take precautions such as avoiding walking alone at night, keeping your valuables secure, and being cautious when accepting offers from strangers. Always follow the instructions of your tour guide and adhere to local laws and customs.
The content on the Pearl Adventures website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
Pearl Adventures reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
As a user of Pearl Adventures' services, you agree to the following:
Pearl Adventures shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, or government regulations. In such cases, Pearl Adventures will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the event and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
Pearl Adventures may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of your image in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform your tour guide.
If you have any complaints about our services, please notify your tour guide or contact our office as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Written complaints should be sent to info@pearladventuresuganda.com within 30 days of the end of your tour.
